Yesterday, on the 3rd of September, 2022, teachers who had served the school for five, ten and fifteen years were felicitated by the school. It was a grand event with all the programs coming together in the Multi-purpose Hall. The day started with an address by Mr Lalit Jain and a Zoom call by Mr Manit Jain, in memory of the Founding father of the school, Mr N.C. Jain. This was followed by a fantastic recital.
The award ceremony was awaited with great eagerness. First of all, all those staff members who had served the school for fifteen years were called onstage, they were followed by those who had worked in the school for ten years, and then five years. In my case, it was all about being recognised for having taught in the school for ten years.
The treasure hunt was a grand success and so were the activities planned for all those present. To wind it all, the whole school sat together for lunch.
It was also an occasion for meeting colleagues and co-workers after a long time. I was able to meet Rachna Ma'am after quite some time.
